About Pilgrim's Hall
Pilgrim's Hall is a retreat centre for guests from churches and religious organizations to have silent retreat and meditation. Personal experience of people who staying at Tao Fong Shan can be enriched by the tranquil nature and historic heritage around the area, hospitality with decent meal, cosy accommodation, flexible booking arrangements and heartfelt treats as well as spiritual enlightenment along with practice of Christian spiritual direction.
Retreat Facilities & Services
Pilgrim's Hall Retreat Centre provides accommodation, meal and event venue services to our guests from churches and religious organizations. There are total 21 guest rooms and 6 out of them are en-suite rooms in Pilgrim's Hall. It can accommodate 46 guests at the same time. Detached houses with different sizes providing different accommodation experience are also available. Dining Hall provides breakfast (Western), lunch (Chinese), dinner (Chinese), tea and dessert for nearly 100 guests. It is suitable for individuals, small and large groups. The Centre also provides well equipped indoor venues for indoor event or conference. Worship and meditation venues, e.g. Christ Temple, Lotus Crypt (Prayer Room), the Big Cross, Labyrinth are provided for the use of individual retreat or group worship.
Accommodation
A total of 21 guest rooms including 19 rooms for 1-2 people and 2 family rooms for 1-4 people. 6 out of 21 guest rooms are en-suite rooms. Hence, altogether it is able to accommodate up to 46 guests and suitable for individual or group booking.
Detached houses with 3 to 6 guest rooms for one to three people and able to accommodate up to 5-10 guests which are suitable for group booking.
Venues
Being a retreat centre, our facilities cater mainly for indoor quiet activities. All group events should be held in the pre-booked event venues.

Submit Application Form
Applicant should read the latest "Reservation Procedures and Notes" and "Notes and Regulations to Retreaters" published in the website of Pilgrim's Hall Retreat Centre (www.tfssu.org) carefully.
After checking the availability, the applicant should submit “Retreat Application Form” through the official website. The applicant can also download the “Retreat Application Form” （Chinese version only) from official website and submit the completed form to the Office through electronic means (such as email or instant messaging).
When the booking application is acceptable for the Office, the applicant will be notified through electronic means and will receive the sales order. The applicant should pay 50% of the total amount as a deposit within 7 days upon receipt and submit the transaction proof to the Office.
Upon receipt of this booking application form, sales order will be issued to the applicant. Booking application will only be confirmed after receipt of deposit or full payment. When the booking application is not accepted by the Office, the applicant will be notified separately.
